motorcycle superstore at mc graths hill

has anyone used this shop before. cause i gotta give them a huge bagging...they suk....
i hate to bag a shop publicly, tho most shops in syd are shit, but this one is the cream of the crop!!!
i bought some gear for cody in nov ;last year, at the same time ordered a ventura rack and bag for my tl....well when it came in the box said DL1000. the dude said it was an error and it will fit my bike. well of course it didnt. so i took the rack and bag back....and waitied....
another month or more has gone past and no phone call. so i ring em. yes your rack is here....so i make the 150km drive to there to pick up my rack...and sure enuf, they forgot to order the bag....
soooooooo the guy gives me the bag that is on display. i figured it would do the job. i get it home and a couple weeks go by before i use it. so i go to put it on and find it is missing a clip. i figured ive already paid for it so ill just ring the shop and get them to order me a new one in and they can have their display one back...
well weeks go by again and finally i ring again, speak to a guy that spoeaks even worse english than the guy who is normally in there, and am told i think your bag is here, come in and get it...
soooooo i make the 150km trip up there again, and am told by the guy who is usually there that there is no bag here for me, and mine is fine, and he is sick of the whole situation!!! he is sick of it.....anyway i stayed calm and walked out cause i was gonna buy some more stuff off him but didnt....
so i figured ill just give him a big bagging on here in the hope no one else is ripped off by him...
stay the fuk away from the place!!!

I remember when we first stumbled across them. We went in as a big group and he wasnt real helpful. I tried to buy a new bladder for my camelback off him ages ago and his words were "I don't bother keeping that stuff, its not worth it, go to the shop down the road." That was the last time i went in there.

Al ring/email Kenma and give them the story. They generally don't deal with public but might help you out for good relations. And we all love good relations.

not related to his shop but i wonder bout kenma too. They are the tightarses that make you buy the bag and rack if you don't have proof of bag ownership. And when i ordered a rack for my bike last november from cmc i saw that they ordered the correct one for a gsxr750 but the one that i got was for a 1000 and didn;t fit. Then when i finally got the right one (the day before heading off on a four week trip) It needed a whole lot of forcing for the holes to line up on a new and uncrashed bike.

dungy, if ya had of asked people about the shop before ya went in they're, i know i would have told ya to look elsewhere, cause as a general rule, if they cant speak english they cant get my money, and yeah, there not the smartest bunch in there, did they try and sell ya anything like a look-alike dainese back protector?, they think it's the same quality but at less then 1/2 the price:lmao:

i knew what the place was like, but its easy to get to, to park at, and the stuff is cheap. i didnt wanna spend big dollars on codys gear cause he will grow out of it in no time...and yeh i did buy a back protector from there!!:(
anyway i have learnt...never again!!

Its all about service & word of mouth. If someone has a good experience they will tell maybe one person, but bad service, they will tell 10 people, or in dungys case 200 people. If you get shafted at the bike shop, or any shop, tell everyone you know & the pricks will go bankrupt in no time.

id like to report them, but im in the middle of a compliant with the ombudsman about my extra shitty internet connection and how bad im gettin ripped off...6 weeks to resolve that they reckon...

then ill be telling them about my brand new mobile phone, that i got a few months ago, had it for a week, and its been in getting fixed ever sionce. and they fukked my plan up so now im waiting for a $300 refund from optus to cover the fuk up!!!

soonce all that is resolved ill get onto the shop....fuk im sik of gettin ripped off lately!!!:(

I agree, I went to MCA Liverpool today and Fullhouse (Nathan) really looked after me. He gave me an awesome deal on some Fork oil and I thoroughly recommend you go see him. I know where I will be shopping for bike stuff from now on :ayyy:
