View Full Version : Another 7 u say, Happy B'day to me

I spotted this the other week and thort it wood be a perfect Bday gift to myself.
It was on the green forum, seems u can list a 4 sale item with 1 post.:rules:It was in melbourne so i asked him for a million fotos.
He had lifted in another engine coz he thort a work collegue had popt a steel object into the oil filler hole which caused a bit of damage to his pride n joy. Damaged the crank and cluth primary drive gear.
So after doing all the usual job of transplanting motors he started it up and it would select 2nd gear(while sitting still) .
I listened to his tale of woe for 15mins , offered him a tiny sum of $ and had a mate go and pick it up . It landed here yest morning (BANDIT Transport, yes the tyre warmer dude) and i had a look over it then was too busy to touch it till this morning. I stuck it back together properly and took it to the shops for some milk. Perfect.
Now for a tidy up and some ZX7RR bling

its stayin a roady. i cant turn up with 3 , that wood be takin the piss a bit too much. Dry ,damp and a wet bike , fark. PCRA would have a corenry. lucky if any have a spare set of wheels let alone a spare bike.

Ahh yeah, knew I recognised it.. on my old RWO CBR6

P.s. Hey Mr848, Same here with another CBR6, Roo racing has a great sounding note on that!

started with the tidy up on the old girl. fitted a Race seat unit and tail light with blinkers n no. plate light in 1.
