Whats it worth???

i have been offered a GSXR600 01 with lefthand side damage..needs a new crank case cover and gear lever all the panles are in undercoat,i was thinking to use it as a track/stunt bike...what is it worth?? :thinking:

Start at $1000 and beat him down................ Have you heard the engine running ?????

also check the spline where the gear lever sits on. That could be knocked in a bit too and cause issues.

track bikes and stunt bikes have had a hard life and keep this in minde when making a offer
stunt bikes are the worst the whole drive train has been badly abused ( g box clutch chain coush drive ect ect ect ) i would not buy a stunter bike
price all the bits it needs and add that to the cost of the bike it can get the price out of control pretty fast if ya buy new bits for it also price the bits at a wrecker yard

its not an ex stunt or tracky....he was doing a wheelie when it came down so i don't doubt its had a hard life....he wants $1800 will settle for $1500..

Not a bad price if your gonna track it..... Cheap enough to get a decent rear shock , get forks sorted, and a decent set of tyres.. so about $3500 - $4000 (all up inc buying it)

Best check chain/sprockets and brakes I guess... Always use old road fairings or get track ones from Wetty.

Still would haggle it down to $1000 if you point out above remaks....
