for those with etags, i have been sifting though my etag statement that comes online every 3 months. check them closely!
i have managed to be too close to the car infront and was charged the price of a full sized truck.. twice(as i have in theory become its trailer)
a simple phone call to the rta and all fixed and credited
this has happened when its slow through the toll gates (breakdown in tunnel) and everyone is crawling, give yourself a bit of space before going through the cameras and you will more than likely not have this problem

Also check when using a trailer (with bike on it) - was a problem for me on the m4 but in theory else where - If I towed a bike on my trailer I was charged for a truck if the trailer was empty car price (WAS OK in the SLOW lane) ... letters / phone calls / emails no real fix just corrected it each time I forgot to go the slow lanes
Some idiot suggested I bring my car bike and trailer to the M5 station during business hours so they could do some testing - was not interested in paying me for time and petrol etc :bum1smiley: :bum1smiley: :bum1smiley: :bum1smiley: :bum1smiley:

its prob the hieght of the bike on the trailer. if it goes a bit high its the next price. i pulled up at the auto toll booth on M4 with the skiff and the mast where it was laying was makin the machine think i was a bigger trailer than i was. so it was wanting the next price up. they ran over and fixt it up .
