Just like to say that Anthony Gobert has ridden his Kwaka into a 5th spot on the grid for Sundays Ozzy superbike round in Tazzie.
And proudly sponsored by Easy Rider Imports/Dynoverks (Vic)
Now all things considered this is one fucking good qualifying ride.

:) good stuff mate !! That man is fearless !
Wooo Hooooo !!!!
There is nothing better than watching the Go Show in action. It's a pity than isn't more spectator support with our local racing series.
Anyway.......I am doing my part and going with the kids to OP to cheer on the East Coast Race Series.

well Anthony raced ,but it seems the brake fade on the Kwaka is a real problem on a race bike,as he pulled out of the first race and finnished 11th in the second, but we are working on this problem as from Monday and we will also have a new motor for Qld so we are thinking positive and should make a good show at Qld.

Chris went well at OP in the Supersports though was beaten by Dustin Goldsmith in all races I believe.

This is not spilt beans ,but little Chris's bike is not a full on supersport bike as Goldsmiths bike is, there would be at least 10+hp diff. But still u have to steer it to win ..........

I first saw Chris ride at Wakefield very early last year as a "D" Grader and he impressed me straight out of the box. He'll go a long way, given the right breaks.
BTW, if any of you guys are at any of the race meetings, as many obviously were on Sunday, make sure you come up to the commentary box and say hello.
I'd be happy to show you the bird's-eye view.

That'd be right!!
Yeh, I've been calling the RB series since 1994 and do the ECRRS and the St George series too with Dave Curtis.
I started commentating in 1978 and have called the Bathurst bike races twice (1980 and 2000) and also a Castrol Six Hour race (1979).

More likely he couldn't hear because of the racket the commentator was causing!!

At the small meets, you don't need to yell when you are commentating, theres no crowd to absorb the noise lol

I noticed :ayyy: Have to say you do a bang up job of it too. Its a great track for spectating, and when the leaders pulled away and went riding on their own you managed to jump to the exciting bits seamlessley.
