Can't make it to the creek on the Sunday so I'm going to Wakefield on Saturday.

Anyone else going?

Yep I will be @ WP on the saturday ....to dial in my suspension and crap, also get used to my new bike :) Oh and get some tyres ;) Craig White is going to be there with his truck :) I called and booked today! I'll bring my tank cam too :)

Why doesn't hooch give up on the Sven streetfighter & get something designed for the track?


he might have to soon.. he ended a session early because he bent his gear lever up over his toes:eyecrazy:

What's the go?? Do you have to pre-book or can you just roll up, pay your money and ride? Not much info on their site.

You can just roll up, but get there pretty early :)

Only early to get prime spot in carports. Not normally a lot of riders there, most I have seen is around the 45 - 50 range.

Have been there when there was myself, 3 mates & 1 other guy. We just had to share sessions with another guy in an old Ford XW/Y historic tourer. You will enjoy Wakefield Zee.

The other day I when I called I asked how many were booked in, and they said 35 - 40..... So I am not taking any chances... I will be there around 730 ish.... which means about a 615 departure for me....but I am also getting tyres fitted there ;)

Oh and I have been there before when there was only about 10 or so.... it was sweeeeeeeeeet

Bumped into Swabio today at Wakefield, we actually unknowingly set up camp right next door..........how's that for freaky:eyecrazy:

Mate, it was great to catch up with you :) I had a blast :) I am pretty tired now though.... about to get some sleep b4 tomorrow

I had a blast, first time using tyre warmers and I gotta say if you don't have them already get em! Also put a set of Wet4U rearsets on and was very happy with the new riding position. Lap times got quicker, down to 11's now.

I must have said g'day to you also Zee. I was with on the 9 with the white race glass. Had my missus with me and spoke to you about the tyre downs on your ute at the end of the day.

Hope we end up with a couple of good pics taken with swabios camera.

My missus is a regular at trackdays, is yours ? It may make it more enjoyable for the girls if they talk about girlie things. ;)

She comes to the weekend ones quite often. I'm trying to get her out on the track also. Probably a weekday one in feb at WP will be the go.
