Adjustable rearsets?

Since i broke my leg, i'm having dramas bending my knee, and as i want to be on the bike now.
I'm thinking of putting new rearsets on my 07cbr1000, but i want to know will i be able to adjust the peg to ass height. As i want to make it longer so my knee isnt bent as much.
So how much difference will they make? Even 25mm or so will be a couple of degrees.

Most rear sets allow you to move pegs higher and back which will worsen your situation.

Very few if any after market rear-sets will give you more room... perhaps make up some plates to move the existing rear sets. I made some for my track bike to do the opposite of what you want but it shouldn't be to hard to go the other way.

I got a piece of 8mm aluminium off cut from a fabrication shop and got busy. They work a treat, pretty smick for a $5 piece of aluminium a hacksaw and file I reckon :)

In fact just looking at those pics I'm pretty sure if you flipped the plates they would move the rear-sets down or down and back...
