Off the track under the right conditions it's not so stupid... I've been up to the Northern Territory before they imposed a speed limit on the open highway and my average cruising speed was up around 240-260km/h. The conditions were right for it. To give you some idea, I was touring up there for a week before seeing the needle swing past 300. [partially due to it only getting to 290 with all my gear loaded on the back!]

But in a school zone? F***ing rediculous!!

YeH !!!:mod_smilie_rockwoot in a school zone its BLOODY STUPID.........those Speeds are best kept for the yearly rides to PI.........
