Ive got a mate who raced today too, Ben Burke also on a 600. Haven't heard how he went yet, how was your day en 119.

Intersted to hear how Ben & Phil went also, post up if you hear anything. Good mates of mine from 400 racing & touring down to the GP etc. (well Phil is)
Had Ben to a couple of RATS days at Oran Park with us. :ayyy:

I was there too. #60 s/stock. Had a great day. x4 8 lap races good fun. New PB for me at the creek - 1.45
I qualified poorly (new tryes and 12mins to scub in, get comfy and qualify!)
During the starts i found the gixxer actually has a reverse gear! Got caught up at the back and had to make several evasive manouvers in every race due to the amount of carnage. I missed a rider by mere inches who was knocked off on the start line in race 3. This all meant i was unable to 'hook up' with the faster pack to tow me along :(
Overall it was a great day. I'll give the bike the once over and prepare for the 1st round of the ASC at the creek on 14-16th March

Up the inside into t2... got 2 spots out of that move :clap: and near t-boned #81 as they slowed way too much :eyecrazy:

i seen u there tempest if i knew u were a rat i woulda said gday i ran out of fuel first race there was a restart cause of all the carnage it was awesome fun got pb 1.42 its very close racing i had a ball shits all over a track day theres so many guys that are similar speeds round the track if there is any 1 that want to race just do it you will love it theres guys that do 1.39s to 1.50 so if your in that region get off your ass(graham lol) and do it im hooked now but i'll see u all at the track days still

yeah yeah sounds like the misses. When are having a run again, have to see if i can have a crack. All depends on the minister for finance and war....
Mate, good time 1.42. only late last year you were doing 1.50's. Fark got some catching up to do!

Well done denis, I love the new look (that was you on 55?)! when did you get time to paint your bike, or is it another bike!

Looks like Ben Burke might have had an off in qualifying (or breakdown), only 1 timed lap all weekend. Will get on the blower & find out what the go is.
Zee check the times mate, mid field for you straight away in Supersport :mod_smilie_rockwoot
400 times are pretty ordinary as well, 45's & 46's to win the round :cursing:
studying the times it is very apparent that most of the slower riders times dropped nearly every race. Looks a lot easier way of lowering your times

En, is there any others at OP or Wakefield? Good times too mate! Do you bin it or pull in the pits? Saw a DNF or were you just shagged?

Just spoke to Bens dad, had an off due to some oil at turn 3 on Sat, and got taken out by in qualifying Sun morning. Bikes are a bit of a mess but Ben is O.K.

Cheers Steve, good to hear Ben is OK. Would have been interesting to see how he went. His first time on the 600 was cutting 1.36's so would have been right up the front. T3 hey....hmmmm sounds familar :(
