WSBK and trackdays at PI in March 07

Hi folks,

Newbie signing in here. Go to the intro section for a little info.

I'll be coming 'down under' for the WSBK race weekend 2nd to 4th March 07 and also hopefully do four days (if the pre-info on the dates I have is confirmed) at PI the following week.
I'll do level 1 & 2 of the CS school and two ride days.

Hope top see some of you there.

If any dates coincides with my stay, I could even get a ride at EC as well.

Been riding bikes since I was 16, but at the age of 45 I have now become totally addicted to track riding.
My experience so far is 3 events at www.highsidetours.com . Only a total of 9 days, but I feel I already have added lot to my skills.

You name the date for a ride day down there and I will book holidays from work.
Madhatter, Mono,RevinR1 we talking about venturing down to PI and as luck has it we are planing March.

I won`t be able to do a SB day but I`m in for a trackday for sure and I`m tipping Hatter would be a definate too.

Keep us informed of your plans mate.

+1 for me too... You really should come up & try out Eastern Creek too. Hey your out here anyway, whats 1000kms north to meet the crew!

If there are any dates coming up at the Creek between March 9-10 & March 15-16 I'll definately do that.
March will anyway be a big track month as I will be going directly to Bira after Australia.

Anyone know of some good acommodation at PI. Don't need any fancy 5 star hotel or anything........just a cool place to stay.

here is one response we got and they reckon its pretty good.
Looks biker friendly too, the guy who put us onto this place says others doing ride days stay there so you will meet like minded people there. Links to the track on their home page too,
