After the run this morning I got pain everywhere. Never felt worse!

...they didn't get the 43T sprocket though, so still running a 38 which is bodjy for track days but brilliant if cruising between here and Jindy.

Going to get a 43T and install it next week myself.

yeh i gotta agree with ya pan about the jogging!!! i was doin 5kms a day for a while. until i decided i wasnt losing any weight and it hurt everywhere!!!
so now i just accept the fact that im gonna get fat!!!

5 years ago I coached 2 Junior footy teams a week and played touch.
These days if I do a couple of wheelies on the kids pushies I have to go and lay down.
I couldn`t run 100mtrs anymore if my life depended on it.
