motorcycle superstore at mc graths hill

has anyone used this shop before. cause i gotta give them a huge bagging...they suk....
i hate to bag a shop publicly, tho most shops in syd are shit, but this one is the cream of the crop!!!
i bought some gear for cody in nov ;last year, at the same time ordered a ventura rack and bag for my tl....well when it came in the box said DL1000. the dude said it was an error and it will fit my bike. well of course it didnt. so i took the rack and bag back....and waitied....
another month or more has gone past and no phone call. so i ring em. yes your rack is here....so i make the 150km drive to there to pick up my rack...and sure enuf, they forgot to order the bag....
soooooooo the guy gives me the bag that is on display. i figured it would do the job. i get it home and a couple weeks go by before i use it. so i go to put it on and find it is missing a clip. i figured ive already paid for it so ill just ring the shop and get them to order me a new one in and they can have their display one back...
well weeks go by again and finally i ring again, speak to a guy that spoeaks even worse english than the guy who is normally in there, and am told i think your bag is here, come in and get it...
soooooo i make the 150km trip up there again, and am told by the guy who is usually there that there is no bag here for me, and mine is fine, and he is sick of the whole situation!!! he is sick of it.....anyway i stayed calm and walked out cause i was gonna buy some more stuff off him but didnt....
so i figured ill just give him a big bagging on here in the hope no one else is ripped off by him...
stay the fuk away from the place!!!

and we have heaps of bags here cause every bike my family owns has a rack on it..

I remember when we first stumbled across them. We went in as a big group and he wasnt real helpful. I tried to buy a new bladder for my camelback off him ages ago and his words were "I don't bother keeping that stuff, its not worth it, go to the shop down the road." That was the last time i went in there.

Al ring/email Kenma and give them the story. They generally don't deal with public but might help you out for good relations. And we all love good relations.

in the end i have a bag that does the job, it aint new, but it does the job..
the main thing i wanna do is hopefully stop eveyr siungle motorcyclist in nsw from goin to his shop...
